El Paso is Ciudad Juarez twin sister, the most violent city in the world. Today, Javier Sicilia and other activists present a resolution to El Paso’s Town Hall, expecting them to declare their community against the war on drugs trafficking. Few minutes before the public session, they meet mayor John Cook. Liz Vazquez is one of the 160,000 Mexican who was forced to flee her home because of the conflict. Born in Ciudad Juarez, after the murder of her husband by members of Delta Police force, she had to ask political asylum in the United States.

Good news, El Paso’s representatives voted in favor of the resolution. This means, among other things, they are in favor of guns control. Now, the "caravaneros" plan to take the resolution to Washington.
